Tetrapeptide-39 Hexapeptide-40 Nonapeptide-20 sr-Spider Polypeptide-3 Decapeptide-30 is a single chain recombinant fusion peptide, produced by fermentation in Lactobacillus The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from sr-Spider Polypeptide-3, Tetrapeptide-39, Hexapeptide-40, Nonapeptide-20, and Decapeptide-30. The fusion peptide contains 134 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation, and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids
